No better entertainment than European Parliament speeches...I will have to pay more attention!
I tend to think that both former President Bush and President Obama did and can out spend Gordon Brown.
According to Daniel Hannan (the man in the video) we're not yet in the horrible financial state the Brits are in now. He's hoping we will rein in our spending before we get to where they are now.
